It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

Here in London its been snowing since I first peeked out at 5.30 we have got a couple of inches on the cars but its not settled on the roads... went and had a walk to the paper shop and it was one of those 'silent' snowy mornings, IFYKWIM.... ended up with cereal and OH tempted me with half a sausage sandwich ... delice... have a good one..#6 of the SKI-ers Club :j

At the moment we have blue sky but it's cold (Bradford, Yorkshire!) supposed to snow later
