Not as far as i can tell. It states on the voucher (am assuming since you've been to claim yours you don't have the actual voucher any more ) :

With the orange sim card it looks like you have to top up £30 (PER MONTH) for the "unlimited texts".

the plants on promotion with the express were on 3 for 2 as well, all went through the computer with 2.49 to pay, but the SA then cancelled it saying I could not have it. as in the past it was not allowed. I was arguing I could as it was not in the terms and conditions that the voucher cound not be used with other promotions. we will see how my letter gets on!

I had an issue with a previous Focus voucher given away with the Express last year.

They wouldn't allow two plants to go through for "buy one get one half price". On the other hand the voucher was worth £14.99 for a particular plant which was sold out. The manager allowed me to spend it on anything in the gardening section, plus he allowed two vouchers through as separate transactions, which was fine with me
