Hiya,
I have just completed, on friday. On Wednesday, I went to my bank, and took out a £4000 loan. No problems whatsoever. Everything went through without a hitch.
Has your solicitor requested funds yet? I waited until mine had done so.
Id say wait til the end of the week.
I wanted to get mine done before I move, because otherwise I would have all the hassle of not being on the electoral role etc. Its a bit of a minefield wondering when the best time to do things are!
Good luck with the move. I am in happy caos with mine still!
