online comparison tables wrong

spent some time today comparing whats out there for fixed/tracker remortgage deals, it seems to me (anyone else noticed) that the tables are all out of synch with what seems to being offered from the banks sites, perhaps they systems are not designed to keep up with what is now a fast moving market for mortgage deals ...
