Dear all
Will come to the end of my discounted period in the next 4 months.
£137,000 left over a 16 Year period. Making overpayments = £1370 am month an the moment.
Im thinking as I have had a pay rise that when I look on that I can afford £1500 a month payments.
Should I therefore drop my term with my next lender to 10 years and pay off quick.
Im thinking finding another fixed term for 2 years?
