Why is it you get important post late on a friday or at the weekend that you need to deal with and no ones open or can help?
Not been on for a few months DMP's doing okish, been on it for a year now. Hubby being taken to court by Nationwide and Northern rock,we' ve asked it to be transfered down to our local courts for a ccj/charging order and that was the begining of January it is now April and have heard nothing about a
court date still.
Hubby is going back to court as Nationwide was awarded the original amount monthly payment we were paying before we were on the Dmp, and Northern Rock are taking hubby back to court as they disagree with the judge as he agreed to DMP payment.
Sorry for the long winded post needed to vent,Anyway we received a letter through from our Mortgage supplier and they were informing us they had been asked how much was left to pay on our mortgage?
Any ideas why they need to know? Hubby had spent half an hour on the phone waiting to speak to someone only to be told it was Nationwide and they could'nt tell him anymore? Hubby only owes £3.5k c/c to Nationwide and they have never agreed once to the DMP since we started.
