DMP & unemployment

In need of advice please. OH been unemployed for 2 mths and where in a DMP with payplan, we choose to have 'cover my payments' incase anything happened.

Well surprise surprise, my OH put a claim in and we've just heard back today that they will not pay out due to my OH having his probation increased from 3 mths to 6 mths, therefore they state that my OH knew his job was in jeopardy.

Our creditors had been receiving £1 token payments while OH's claim was accessed, now as they will keep receiving £1 payments for however long OH is unemployed are they likely to kick up a fuss???

Im a bit concerned on where we could end up, if we start having problems with the creditors again, ie bankrupt bought on by the creditors etc.
