Beware Greasypalm Currys cashback!

Make many purchases via Greaypalm and this month have made several from Currys via their site since they are paying 5% cashback.
On each occassion Greasypalm have only credited 3.75% instead of 5% and i have had to email them to add the missing difference to my account.
No apology, just a one line reply saying the difference has been added to my account. I wouldnt have spotted it unless i got out my calculator. How many others have missed the error on their accounts leading to a nice extra profit for Greasypalm?
I could forgive them once for getting it wrong but 3 times, and no apology!
Has rather knocked my confidence in them somewhat

Cheers for that. I stopped using them after finding out that they take approx. half of the affliate cash for themselves.0

Who do you now use instead, then, Charlie12?"Some say the cup is half empty, while others say it is half full. However, this is skirting around the issue. The real problem is that the cup is too big."0

Im confused then. Rpoints offer 5% cashback (till end August....dont know what it is after then) and GP offer 5%....so how can quidco be giving the full affiliate cashback?illegitimi non carborundum0

I meant for most other retailers, Quidco offer the full cashback.
Of course Currys is an exception because there's that 5% offer on at the moment. Just compare the rates on the two sites and go with the one that gives the most for the sites you shop at. There will always be some exceptions.0 -

Hi Froggit. This is the only exception on the site right now as far as I know. rPoints was offered a special commission level for the month that was not offered to us. Many merchants have commission tiers based on how many sales are put through, as we are still a new cashback don't yet have the volumn to get into the higher tiers for all the merchants.
We do give all the cashback to the members unlike any other site on the net. For example if we were in the same Currys tier as rpoints is this month you would get back 10% not 5%. I'd encourage you to look through the quidco site and compare cashback against other sites such as rpoints and GreasyPalm. For example right now rpoints offers 2% back at Dell and on Quidco it is 4.5%.
The more members we have, the more volumn we have and the more everyone will save in the end. Like it says on the site it is a cooperative.
