Get stains off cream washing up bowl?

My washing up bowl has got really manky. It is cream and has got funny marks on the bottom of it. It is clean because i've scrubbed it but I can't get rid of these marks. Any ideas?
Also ideas for a smelly toilet! I do clean honestly! I've scrubbed my loo and put pine cleaner down it but it smells horrid still. I've a bit od a sensitive nose as pregnant so it's making me feel really ill. Any ideas would be so much appreciated!
Thanks

You could maybe try a bleach solution in the bowl overnight, that might help ...or maybe a Milton solution?
Same for the toilet lol, although are you sure it's the loo that's smelling and not any carpet or rugs?0 -
I think it's the loo but i'll put the rug in the wash anyway. Thanks
