What is the reason you're needing to self-certify your income if you have accounts?0

Possibly not having enough years or no audited accounts.
When I took out my BTL mortgage my accounts were not audited, due to being under the limits needed to have them audited and initialy my lender said that was insufficient they finally agreed to take my accounts together with a letter of affordability from my accountant.0 -
UCB 6.24% 695 arrangment fee
letter from accoutant will be ok
you will need a broker for this. there are other deals around but fee's are steep.0
