Can they take other peoples items of value from your home? The debts are ones that are in my name only and my partner is worried that they will come and take hers and her daughters things. I am currnently up to date with the payments for the CCJ but she had a phone call from one of the crediors after a late payment saying that it was her problem as well as she lived with me.

Not true, can only take what is legally yours, although you will have to prove this....
Also next time they make a statement of that nature politely reminded them of the protection from harassment act, and also the administration of justice act,…… ohh and also the data protection act !!!
if The debts are in your name only they have no business discussing them with anyone else without your express permission.:rolleyes: It’s hard enough remembering my opinions - without remembering my reasons for them :rolleyes:0 -
