Endowment sell or keep

Hi,

I have a Standardlife Low cost with profits endowment started in Feb 1986
and matures in Feb 2011

Its worth today about £11,400 I pay £23.03 pm the basic sum assured is £5688 how can I tell if its best to sell or keep it?

Its not tied to any mortgage
