Nice one, they're redelivering tomorrow... so yay looks like I won and didnt get ripped off... not bad for something in the region of £3.00

So I ring and am told that I'm not on the winners list! I am not a happy bunny. So he says he will ring the "company" to check and call me back, of course he doesn't so I call him back. Yes you did win (I KNOW!) but you didn't include your full address in the text. I point out you are asked to give house number and postcode only, and you get the rest of the database, so he takes my full address and says it will be next MONDAY NOW (so over 5 weeks!)
2 OTHER POINTS:
1. "We weren't expecting this promotion to be so popular" - but the number of winners is fixed from the start i.e. on ly so many prizes, so that shouldn't make a difference.
2. They "didn't have my address" so why not call me to get it, as they had my mobile number!!!
So lets see what happens next Monday, I still have my winning text notification and now more than ever I want the bloody fridge!

I was told on the phone that quite a few fridges had not arrived! Took me ten mins to get to someone on the phone who had actually heard of the competition! She said she would forward my details and get back with in ten mins..........still waiting!

If it is of any help to those of you still waiting - note the following.

My house number includes a letter A.

This letter was missed off the address although I included it with my reply to winning text.

I found out today that the delivery company had been attempting to deliver next door (because of the missing A)

I think that some addresses may only be a close match due to them only requesting number and postcode, so if your addy includes a letter it might be worth asking a neighbour!

Hope you all get them and a special thanks to jockettuk for a lot of helpful info on this thread :T
