Im a sad panda! I won one last night and I have tried to send back the 'winner' text message about 6 billion times and it fails EVERY time. Anyone any idea, just to test the number is working I sent a normal competition entry and that went through. This is my first ever competition win and I don't want to lose it.

I just replyed to the message they sent me. I didn't start a new one. Hope this helps.

Yes, I replied directly to the message as well and have not started a new one - i tried starting a new one just to test it and it still didn't work
