I can't understand why I didn't get a priority booking form but good luck to all those who did.
Gives a list of the parks, cost for extras etc.0 -

right this might be a silly question but in order to book online do you need to have a proiority form/code and if you do book online do you need to forward your tokens etc? Im just trying to work out how to do this in advance of Thursday!

Hi
To book online you have to have been sent a priority booking form with a code on it. If you are lucky enough to have one then you enter the codes and can book straight away.
If you do not have one then you have to send in the booking form with 7 tokens and choose 4 parks and 4 dates. It is pot luck as to which date and park you will get.
I did this twice to get 2 lots of accomodation for my family but was given 2 different dates at my 4th choice of park, and one caravan each time.
In the end I had to cancel and forfit 2 x £47.50 but at least I didn't fork out for the extras. I would have liked a priority booking form this time so that I could guarantee the dates and times but, no such luck0 -
Just read this below off the website and wondered does anyone know if the guarantee of a fixed service charge is applicable for the priority bookings as well as the sending in applications?
Thanks
CHOOSE YOUR HOLIDAY AREA – LEAVE THE CHOICE OF PARK TO US!
If you are able to accept any of our parks in a particular area then we guarantee that your Service Charge will be no more than £3.75 per unit per night and your Entertainment/Clubroom passes will be capped at £4 per person per break. Obviously, if you are allocated a park with Service Charge and Entertainment/Clubroom passes at a lower cost – you pay the lower cost!We love what we are doing and we love why we're doing it!!0 -
There will definitely be a service charge and if you use the website link, posted earlier, then you can look at the individual parks and it will tell you the charges for each of them.0
