just filling out the form, but it says 5 dates we are unable to do more then the three dates due to work commitments, if i only fill out three dates will they send it back saying its incomplete? has anyone evr done that before,

no,i only put down one date last yr ! but put down more than 1 park choice
and even better to tick "any park " in a certain area,as will more likely to get something that way
esp if you wish to do during school hols?

Yes you have to still send off £60 (prices are based on 4 minimum) and the bankers card number is usually the number on your chequecard (long number across the front)
