It looks like it. This page states that there are no repayment increases

And it doesn't state that it's a flexible loan. Looks like a run of the mill personal loan (i.e. not flexible).
Oh - and the interest rate depends on your individual credit rating. You might not get a loan at the headline rate of 6.4%

From what I can gather it is 6.4% for amounts over 5k. This beats any other guaranteed rate, including MArtin's tip of Liverpool Victoria, whose rate has gone to 6.5% and Nationwide at 6.7%. I am surprised that more people havn't taken a loan through them.0
