It took 6 months to sell my place finally in August 2006, in those months I looked for houses with 2 bedrooms or more and up to a value of 200k
For 6 months the average number of properties was 200 (lowest I saw 196 highest 220)
Looked today - 498
Blimey - Ashford, Kent

It must be the 'spring bounce'.
Clearly, there's never been a better time to buy so jump in while these bargains are still available.--
Every pound less borrowed (to buy a house) is more than two pounds less to repay and more than three pounds less to earn, over the course of a typical mortgage.0 -
That is a sign of the north south divide. i just did the same thing in a 3 mile radius of where I live and put a max of 100k for a 2 bed and have got 451. Changed the area to Ashford and got - wait for it 3!!0
