I'll be very happy if I win on the National and doubly happy that I will get £50 (hopefully, fingers crossed) from Quidco! Have told DD that I will buy her a bike if I win

cheers for the congratulations gang - I am now proudly wearing the hat of cleverness!! :D

OH has gone out, apparently just for a 'couple' with his mate......what's the betting , however much he protested how he was tired and hungry that he will either stagger through the door around midnight, or go back to his mates and fall asleep there

He doesn't go out often and the friend he is out with does the same job as him and earns around £60k ( ) so I'm hoping he can tell him to get off his backside and do the job is trained to do rather than faffing around piddling around doing stuff self employed he isn't enjoying and earning an absolute pittance just because he can't 'bring' himself to work for someone salaried

And you know what is even worse?! I get a chance to have a Friday night on here, open a bottle of something special and dance around to the Glitz Mix on the radio once in a blue moon - and I'm too tired to even drink!!!!!!!

Hi Penguin, you should still be able to place a bet for tomorrow, I take it you've got a debit card to deposit funds? I only have a debit card and it let me deposit and bet when I first signed up to it, I just had to get proof of age to them within a few days (I faxed a photocopy of passport, you can also email a scan or photo I think).

Loving the hat of cleverness Keren :D I'd like to say I'm drinking something special but I'm actually drinking Tesco Vermouth (£2-summat a bottle) with Tesco Value Lemonade (20p).. dead classy me :p

thing is red squirrel - I even bought myself a bottle of 21p basics lemonade from Somerfield as a 'top' to the wine (it was £4 for 3 litres of rose from a booze run to France!) and now I've a banging headache!

I've got a small bottle of what seems to be an orange flavoured fortified wine in the fridge I bought in Spain. It's in a fancy gift box and everything so I'm guessing it should be ok (even though it only cost just under 5 euros!) rather than the 89 cents a litre wine you can also buy! Maybe I should just open it and taste it.............

*drools at the thought of 3 litres of rose for £4 :p*

Tis annoying when you've got the chance to indulge and then you don't feel up to it - am with you on the tiredness (I blame the clocks changing), I fully expect to be asleep face down on my laptop by about 9.30 :rotfl:

    The orangy stuff sounds interesting!

    Evening lovely peeps:hello:

Just ate a full pack of vimto chewits and drank a glass of Netto £2.29 red wine so am on a bit of a sugar rush. Still on a high from my £50 quidco offer as well. ITS ONLY BL00DY FRIDAY and I have 2 WEEKS OFF FROM WORK.

    I am ready to PART-EY_party_

Shall I order a male stripper for 10.00pm after I watch episode 2 of Benidorm!
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
