    You will be a director of your company and as such subject to PAYE. You will operate PAYE on all drawings (not repayments of loans) and pay the tax and NIC over to HMRC every month. When the company registers for CT, this normally triggers the opening of a PAYE file and the paperwork is sent to you by HMRC.

    Maybe someone else can answer the IR35 questions - this always seemed to me such an extreme bit of beaurocracy to put oneself through that I never got to grips with it.
