W*nk Bingo

I've been following various threads of making a few extra pounds online, even trying out the bingo sites. I won a few pounds on W*nk Bingo and decided to withdraw it, complied with all the terms and conditions and it has now been two weeks since I made the withdrawal request.

Emailed them last night and asked them what is going on, they emailed me back stating they require the following information from me. Has anyone else had this?

"
For the verification of personal account and identification details we require all funding players to provide certain documentation. These documents are listed below:

- Copy of front and back of credit card registered on your account
- Bank generated statement of the credit cards used to purchase (displaying transactions).
- Utility bill displaying registered address (gas, electricity, water, council tax, telephone, etc.)
These documents can be faxed to 0207 900 1544 or they can be scanned and attached to your email reply."

Oh PS.... if you have used a mastercard, watch out for this.

    "
Please note that we are unable to refund any winnings back to a MasterCard. This is due to MasterCard’s global policy not to accept any gaming related refunds. If you have made a MasterCard deposit please forward alternative refund options."
