70s/Abba fancy dress help for hen do

I need to find or make an Abba outfit for a hen do. I've had a nosey on ebay and most of the outfits on there are white jumpsuits and are more than I want to pay for an outfit I'll only wear once.

Can anyone advise what sort of thing I can wear to look Abba ish. Surely it's not only white jumpsuits!!! eek.

Any help or suggestions welcomed please :D

    Hi,
I recently went to an Abba themed hen night and bought mine and my sister's outfits from ebay. I had a blue denim jump suit and my sister had spangly gold trousers and top. A lot of the other girls just got loud patterned tops/ dresses from Primark though.
What size are you after as I've still got both of our outfits if you're interested!

    Hiya :D

Have you got any knee high boots? If so you can wear any baggy trousers and tuck them in the boots so they kinda balloon over the top, that will look ABBAish. Also can you crochet? You could make a little cap like Agnetha used to wear, I'll have a look for some pics.....

    I'm a 12/14. Have you any pics?

Think I'll take a visit to Primark too.

    Thanks everyone :)

I spray painted a old pair of knee-high boots and made patterns on them with glitter, the kind that you get in little tubes. Wore a pait of white trousers tucked in, and a white sparkley top, as I had long brown curly hair at the time I think I looked the part.
