Anyone looking at Future mortgages deals....

Just to advise anyone currently considering Future mortgages as a lender should get applications in pronto - They are reducing thier maximum LTVs on Monday to 80% for prime, near prime and light, 70% for medium and 60% for heavy.



Bad news for me.....most of my business is 90% LTV adverse at the moment.

About 2 years ago I wrote an article on the comming credit crunch. At the time I only halve believed myself!

In a way this is a cathartic period and one we should all welcome Perhaps we will have a national conversation about living a less frenetic materialist existence where we are more interested in Jade Goody than thinking about the fact all the atoms in our bodies were once the exact same atoms within other creatures and non organic materials, ....... if you see what I mean?

In other words understanding and celebrating the amazing fact we are all here and being thankfull the tree in your street might well be a specieis that exists no where else in the vast universe.
