Quick question to all you experts - can I pay with points if I have used vouchers and extra point vouchers.

I was told I couldn't yesterday but I had enough points on my card before I bought anything - is that right??

Did have a good shop though as I bought no7 foundation, concealer & mascara and did the glitch. Also the N17 glithch

When paying with points you have to pay the full amount in points and you don't get any points or vouchers etc.

Just wondering, why ordering on .com do next day orders usually arrive next day?
I placed an order at midday yesterday and it's still showing as processing when it's meant to arrive today...

I have a order from Dec 07 as still showing processing although i had next day:rolleyes: :rotfl:

Are you sure it hasn't come off an individual item, making P&P £11.75, for example. It's just that i thought mine hadn't worked last week because it didn't show as a voucher but the £5 was off a moisturiser making it £5 cheaper when it showed on receipt. I'd love to know as I was wanting to try PC voucher with a less than £20 total later, thanks!

I just phoned them and it turns out the item is out of stock but they haven't contacted me to tell me this, tho I'm getting it next day for free when it comes back in stock.

How come you all get points when you phone up but I never do lol

Please can anyone help. I need to send Boo some vouchers asap. She has asked me to post them to her today 1st class but hasn't given me her address. I had it the other day but emptied my messages :rolleyes: I have left her messages on here & PTS but she's off line. Does anyone know it please?
