These threads are read by some users that might be easily influenced by posts like these, and will probably be the ones that are caught.
I don't want to prolong the discussion any longer than it needs to be but for me this snippet from Passion is the one that is the most important. My teenage DD reads this thread avidly, and I know there are many more of her age that look in or contribute. They trust us as adults, I would hate to think they picked up anything from here that wasn't totally legal and above board.

Sure do geordie_lass ;) I've been trying to post my own since Sunday

So I'll just shorten it to say I got 2 x Roc items from a clearance shelf, £8 & £10 (one has a £5 voucher in!) and they should have been about £50 ish. I had a rare bright moment, and thought they were on 342, so put some Roc wipes in (not the best choice lol), but points used came to 2,599 and I got 799 back (for the wipes)

    I was quite chuffed ;)

    Had to laugh yesterday.

Went to Boots with Mum and she bought p&P a foundation and a free highlighter. The eagle eyed No7 woman walked past us in store and nosily peered into my mum's basket.

"Ohh, she said you need to com back to no7 to get another no7 item totalling 4, otherwise you are missing out on a freebie as it's on 342"

"Oh really?" i said. "It's a good job you told us!". "Yes" she agreed and disappeared.

Hah, well, we didn't go back to get the 4th item naturally. That would be buy 2 get 2 free rather than buy 1 get 2 free.

Bet she was frothing that we had such a great deal!

You certainly are correct - I bought the foundation and concealer and it did the above re £12 discount(x2) and I also had a coupon from the recent mailing for a free line lift wys £15 on no7(did buy some other bits), so used that in conjunction with the 342 and it took another £12 off for the line lift!!!! Must admit though the SA had to put it through manually, but all 3 in the end for £1.25 along with some 17 cosmetics & gwp and toiletries to bump up the price and not make it so obvious :j
Just a shame that the foundation is so dark and orangey!! Are people managing to find one that suits their skin tone? I know I am fair skinned but when I tried the foundation in Cribbs last night I couldn't find one anywhere near pale enough - shame, cos I really fancied the offer!! What shade are fellow pale-skins using, pl?

i was the same when i put it on the back of my hand it looked too orange brought it anyway cuz it was a bargin and put it on today its looks good you don't need a lot of it blend it in well and it looks good. i got the "new ivory" and apply it with my fingers. brought the P&pP and it only cost £18 so in theory you get the concealer and foundation free.

Sorry i have waffled on a bit
