    How unimpressed am I?!
I ordered an ipod on wed with next day del as I was off work on Thursday. I phoned on Thurs and was told it was out of stock and I wouldn't be getting it, but I was then charged for it so I rang again and was told I should get it on Fri (which I wasn't happy about cos I knew I'd be working and would miss the parcel) sure enough when I came home and checked the parcel tracker thingy it said it had been delivered and signed for by CARDED.
When I phoned I was told that this meant it wasn't delivered, a card had been left, but as I hadn't got a card I asked her to check for a reference number so I could pick it up from the post office, whenshe came back on the line she said that it had actually been delivered but she couldn't find out who signed for it until Monday!
It's a bloody expensive order to go missing!:mad::mad:

    OMG how stressful! Poor thing!

Had a bad boots order before where they left £200 of stuff outside my door, had serious issues getting money back. Only when I threatened legal action if my card was not refunded within 5 working days, did I get a result. Was really stressful though as really could not afford to go buy stuff again as was when things for bubba when he was born, swear I gained white hairs!

Did you tell them who you work for? lol

Just checked doorstep and ROC bag there...yay! Shame it has been raining since postie came(heard him) and left it there at 7:30! Has gone soggy through the bubble bag as flap was half up. DAFT POSTIE! My mother will love it when dried out though! Such a great freebie, so thanks so much to original poster(sorry I forgot who!).

I'm chuffed as I popped into my little local boots whilst doing a quick shop in Sainsburys (my kitchen still not finished but that's another story !)

Managed to find one of the mini photo albums that some of you have managed to get for all my vouchers. Was £2.99 but not on b1g1f which is a shame ! Also got the hair masks (2 for £5 and 250 pts wyb botanics 3 minute hair mask). Got 6 of them now but still got 1 voucher left and seeing as they work out at £1.25 each I think I might have to pop back tomorrow :D )

Hope you're all having a good day. Will be waiting for a glitch/voucher with the Roc here too ;) .

    Thanks, both of you.
Nah I didn't say, I'm afraid they won't take me serious then lol.
I'm so annoyed because she said if she finds out who signed for it and if I don't know them obviously I don't or they'd have brought over my parcel by now) she can arrange for it to be reordered for me but it's out of stock and they don't know when they'll be getting it back in.
I can't belive the delivery company are closed on weekends or I'd contact them myself :(
