Best 100% mortgage for graduates?

Hi, my girlfriend and I are looking for the best deal on a 100% graduate mortgage.
So far the best we have found seems to be Scottish Widows who offer 5.09% (fixed) until 31 October 2007, changing to their Standard Variable Rate, currently 5.94% for the rest of the mortgage.
Does anyone know of a better deal than this that we could get? My girlfriend is also a teacher so we could look at proffessional mortages too if there seemed to be a better deal.
