Mortgage Offer - What happens if?

Hi, we are just in the process of re-mortgaging with the Halifax. We have had our mortgage accepted and are awaiting for the mortgage offer to arrive in the post.

There are rumours that Halifax could be the next bank to withdraw their mortgages. Does anyone know where that would leave us?

Thanks

Shazza

If they put their rates up you won't be affected as your application will already have secured the rate you applied for.
