    I have been out with my birthday money and bought;

    A winter coat £30 (reduced from £80)
    A handbag £10 (been eyeing it up all year)
    A sports rucsac £5 (from a market stall, needed it for ages)
    A travel book £11 (10% off, also wanted for a while)
    A pack of 50 envelopes £1
    Car parking £1.50 (cheaper than public transport, not walking distance)

    So... almost £60. But at full shopprices I would have paid about £120! (well I wouldn't have paid that, but you know what I mean.)
  • Not spent a penny today.

    Painted the fence (already had the paint), watched the footie, went to the gym and drank some wine!!

    I love the weekends!

    £4 for a dvd from Blockbuster, but got next weeks free, I love going down late on a Saturday and grabbing the new release on free next time!
