Hi
I don't think it's been on the market long enough.
i posted on here about one month ago saying the same thing. my flat had been on the market for 3 months and no viewers. everybody said on here that i should lower the price.
low and behold one week later one viewing and one offer accepted asking price so it just shows it's all about the right person at the right time.0 -

In that case, ask the agent to not enter the full postcode when resubmitting to rightmove.

Incidentally, is it just me or is this nearby one priced completely off the scale:

Random point - when EAs log into Rightmove they can see how many hits their houses have had.
Do you think they get confused when they see the spike after people post on sites like this?

Eww that is one ugly house from the angle in the main pic!
Something I can't stand is too few/too small windows (except on very old places where you expect it).0 -

If you think that's bad look at the second lounge.

In a declining market, everyday your loosing more and more money.... kinda pleasing/ironic because you went for the greedy 375k instead of the acutally realistic 180k valuation :P.
Neas talks out of his @rse. Ignore him. He has a huge chip on his shoulder and can't seem to understand that there is a world of difference between an owner occupier and a BTL flipper. He talks of greed and knows only envy, but he hasn't lived long enough to understand how it feels to have put a working lifetime into the only large investment that many people have.0 -

I think this is a reasonable statement. Many comments here have suggested that someone who has been on the market for two weeks or so and had no viewings should reduce immediately. Once upon a time the market was so "hot" that two weeks without viewings was indicative of less than typical interest in the house. Now things are "slower". But as someone mentioned before, before the boom, houses did typically take some time to sell.
On the other hand there is the suggestion that after years and years of HPI, the market may be on the turn. When a market turns, then moving fast is important. But it's not yet proved that the market is on the turn, and of course wouldn't be until it was too late. But I think that anyone who posts to this forum will get sufficient exposure to that point of view, and can then go on to make their own decisions.0 -
wow what a lovely house you have
when i eventually get on the housing ladder i hope i have something like that in 10 or 20 years time
