Just had a call from them chasing a payment.
told him i had gone BR and gave him the ref number...
he got a bit arsy when i didnt have the name of the person dealing with my case.
then asked me for home or phone contact number.
so i told him that i knew my rights and was not obliged to discuss the matter with him any further and if i received any more calls i would report them.
he went away with a right flea in his ear.

Good for you.

They only need the date, court, case number and OR's office. Anything else is not your problem.

Hi, Well done...I think that these companies think they can be a rude as they like on the phone (I am convinced that if you have money issues then we suddenly become target practice!!) ...what part of `I am bankrupt` do they not understand!
Today I told MBNA again (7th time) that OH going BR & they were very rude & harrassing towards me!! & I`m not the debtor!!! (Data Prot Act rules OK - not!!!)
