Yeah I got that error too, I informed them when I rung up. They asked me if there was an error code, told them what it said and they said they would check that out too. thats what made me look on the bottle of lucozade I ended up purchasing from another shop, I was after an e-mail add but found the correct phone number instead

Ok, I just got a call back from them, they have contacted my local shop and 'taught' them how to accept the voucher. They are now looking into the website problem as we speak and they are experiencing the same problem there end. Ive also reminded them about the incorrect contact number on the site, which they are going to correct now.

If I was a gambling man I would say the server is overloaded after being slashdotted by MSE and the error page for this particular error is knackered probably never having been tested properly before.

Very nice video they show you when you sign up.
Got it sent to my mobile but it states only 1x380ml bottle not 500ml
