    thanksfor your help,
he has already said he'd arrange a remortgage to start straight after the SJP bank penalties expire, which is july.
It has been my OH who has been dealing with him,so ive been left out of the loop a bit. The initial mortgage is my OH's, and im going in on the new house 50/50 . Think i will have to start emailing him myself, as my OH is refusing to push the matter. I think were experiecing a homeowver/first time buyer clash. TBO Id rather he sell up and rent, as i believe theres a good chance we will end up with negative equity and we do already have a buyer for his house.
