Bolognese sauce and chilli are basically the same.
Crush/slice 1/2 cloves of garlic, slice onion and soften in olive oil.
Add 500g mince and brown.
Add 1 tin tomatoes and squeeze of tomato puree.
Add hot sauce/tabasco/chilli.
Then I either add kidney beans to make chilli, or oregano and basil to make bolognese.
If I've got a large quantity of mince I want to cook, I make it chilli one day, then add oregano to the leftovers the next day to make bolognese.
I shall be studying other recipes closely as I can't cook the other things on the list! (Yet!)
