Student Accomodation in Belfast

Ok, update folks! The two people that I had planned to share a house with have now decided they are going into halls!

So I now have to try an find a house on my own. I think I'm better off finding a house with students already in it....

any suggestions?

Is there any student areas that you can access on campus?? There may be ads posted in there wirm. I used to see them all the time stuck up on notice boards when I was delivering into the schools.

Problem is that I live an hours drive from belfast so I can't always go....

Look in the Belfast Telegraph for shared accommodation. You could also ask your friends to check the notice board in the Admin building @ Queens. I have rented in 3 different areas around the university and think the Lisburn Rd is the best option. The house im renting now on the Lisburn Road is less expensive than the house I rented in the Holylands.
Might be useful making a trip to Belfast and having a dander round the different areas, many landlords place adverts in the window of the house they are looking to rent. Good luck!
