Hurray! remortgage gone through on time

Yay, remortgage has gone through on time despite me having to send offer back 3 times because it was incorrect.
Having used up quite a lot of savings making a 9% overpayment on the old mortgage, I can now start to make regular overpayments on my new mortgage. My aim is to overpay by 10% (as there are charges when overpaying more per year) but this is very ambitious and I would still be happy if i achieve overpayment of 5% by the end of the year (especially as I'd like to put the max allowance into my cash ISA too)
I've also joined Canons (via PruHealth) today and sold a pair of used boots on ebay (for nearly double what I bought them for) so am feeling very pleased with myself - sorry, I 'm not trying to brag, just pleased to be feeling organised and having some success.
