Hi all,
Wonder if anyone has experience of Value flora? I've placed an order for flowers for my sister last Tuesday - still has not arrived. Really annoyed - I've emailed them and they have responded - but just with comments like - is the address correct? and has the postman left a card? - she stays in a small cul-de-sac and the neighbours have been keeping an eye out for the postie/delivery man. They all know she has been ill. Does anyone have a phone number for the company? I can't seem to find one anywhere?
I want a refund - but have had no response as yet. It means I can't afford to send out flowers with Interflora until i have my money back.

Hi Catherine, I couldn't find a number to ring but there is a live chat facility on the site, click on the live chat button in the top left hand corner.
Hope you get it sorted out.

Just got an email from Valueflora.They are offering to re-send the flowers by courier. Or give me a refund. Just opted for a refund.
Won't be needing that phone number...unless they don't give me my money back!!!

I placed my order on 20th Aug, that was last i heard till i contacted them on 24th, as i belived according to website, flowers would be sent first class on 22nd and should be there 23rd at latest 24th, got it confirmed on the 24th flowers had been sent as arranged however flowers didn`t arrive to destination till 27th exactly 1 week after placing order. However i did get the £15 pound, but don`t know what the flowers where like, haven`t seen them.

I ordered some flowers for my sister - honestly I thought even with the discount, they were no worth the money. It was quite embarrasing as to how small the box was when the flowers arrived. You would get more if you went to your local petrol garage.
