how do you transfer multiple ISA's

i plan on transferring my wifes and my own isa's from the last 4 years (with 4 providers) to the LLOYDS 6.5% ISA.

can i simpy hand over the details of these accounts and get them to do all the work, or do i need to transfer seperalty each one from my seperate providers to the new account once opened. ?

I assume when you say you and your wife ISA's you mean into seperate ISAs for each of you...? (Just wanna make sure).

I am not actually sure of the process but I am sure that you are correct, just fill in seperate forms for each of the ISAs you have at the moment all into the same ISA. Should work, can't see why not!

Ah right no no go to Lloyds, give them all the account numbers/sort codes and all that shizzle and they will do it for you ;) (but don't get worried if nothing has happened over 2 weeks, can take upto 4 weeks usually, check the T&Cs)

thanks for that .... ill check the timescales.

shouldnt be a loss of interest though as its either in one account or the other isnt it.

Theres usually a tiny period where you may lose 1 or 2 days interest I think, but not like weeks worth. (ask bristolleedsfan he knows more than me about it :P)
