That depends really on your petition and I & E and whether you have a complicated case with lots of assetts & whether you answered all the questions fully.

Some interviews take as little as 25 mins, some take well over an hour:eek:
Just be ready at 2.30 exactly. They're more accurate at time keeping than big ben:rolleyes:

Glad every thing went ok for you bankruptcy wise- I think the build up to "the Deed" is worse than the actual court /OR thing.
Although everyones experiences are different- my OR was really nice, and interview was about 1 hour. Its my first ( and I hope only ) bankruptcy and Ive got a property- my interview took around an hour- think would have been shorter if not had property in background.
Just be honest and upfront with any questions the OR has- they do ask a lot of questions but are not horrible, they need to write a report on the cause of debt/etc to your creditors. They deal with bankrupts on a day to day basis so they will be used to all the various reasons people get into debt.

All the best for the interview - it'll be fine. I was pooing myself over mine but it went very well. Just answer as best you can. I actually took more paperwork than I needed to take in with me which was a downfall on my side cos I could have got away with a holiday I'd booked ages before but knowing my luck I would have been caught out sooner or later
