Weird thing on bank statement

Hi there,
I'd appreciate anyone's help on this. I went to the bank today to print out a partial bank statement for the month.
On it is an item marked 'Debit' (not 'Direct Debit') for £100. It isn't a card purchase either, as these are always clearly labelled. Instead of a company name or anything, it just has a six-digit number. Two days earlier in the statement there is the same thing, for another number (one less than the second one) and this time for £20.83.
Now I am the first to admit that I have a lot of activity in my account, but I'm well aware of all loan repayments etc. I'm well worried now - do you think some has defrauded me? I can't figure out these payments at all.

Call your bank. They'll be able to tell you where the debit originated from and you can query it if it's not something you recognise.Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043
