You have posted a referal link there, that isn't allowed in freebies> I am not sure if you can gain by referals as it doesn't say unless you already a existing member. If you aren't gaining from this then why have the referral number there, surely a link would suffice.0

EDIT found this
Do you get paid for referring my friends?
Yes you do! Every friend who joins and generates a minimum of £5 in swag will make you swag! We will pay you a flat rate of swag for each introduction and also a percentage of all the swag they ever make

No problem, we will remove your details from the database and send you any outstanding swag you have earned as long as it is above £10.

Has anyone been paid by this site?
On the Home page, they give an example of spending '£50 at Amazon who give you 5% Cashback, you will receive £2.50 in your SwagBag'.
I've just managed to find a post I read recently at Rpoints (posted by Richard, so definitely a good source), it is as follows:
"As of May 2005, Amazon UK enforced the 'no incentive' clause of their affiliate agreement. We negotiated a 'new customer bounty' but AFAIK no site should be offering a % of cashback on Amazon purchases
If they are, it's going against a specific instruction form Amazon and sounds like dodgy practice to me. If you choose to seek out sites like that, good luck to you"0
