HSBC Loan

I currently have a managed loan with HSBC and have approx £5400 left to pay on it. I pay £200 per month off on this and due to monthly interest and the like I believe I have 34 payments left on this. The problem is, I have missed the last two monthly payments and the bank are on my back about this. I cannot afford to pay these arrears and would like some advice on what to do when they call again. Should I ask them to add the arrears on to the end of my installments? Will they agree to this?

Any advice would be very warmly received.

bumping your post, I have no experience of this but my gut instinct would be to discuss with them what the options are, could the payments be increased to cover the missed payments?

Hopefully someone with experience of this will be along in a minute
Thanks for the advice Martin! :money:

i'm with hsbc mate and i missed a payment due to me changing the payment and them not taking the money so i went into the branch and asked if they could add the missed payment onto the loan at the end and they sorted that for me. ask if they could sort it as though its a payment break so then really it wont go againest you
