IVA advice req

My girlfriend is looking to us to buy a house together.The house is 200k and she is putting 100k deposit down.I am currently renting and my IVA is based upon where and how i live now ,will my earning be taken into account when she goes for a mortage? and how will my IVA be affected if i move with her..

Thank you in advance ..Just to note my IVA has 30 months to run..

You are buying a house "together" but mentioned that she is going for a mortgage??? If you are buying together then the mortgage will be together??? In that case, then yes they will include your income. If you are not on the mortgage then no.

With regards to the IVA tell them that your new income expenditure and they will eventually amend accordingly (hopefully!). If you are going on the mortgage then that would cause problems with the IVA and you must call your IP or CCCS for advice.

We would be moving in together but she would be the mortgage ,will what i earn be taken in to account i know i cannot get a mortgage and am i right in thinking it doesnt matter what she earns they are only interested in what pay out and earn
