This might sound like an odd question, but the Small Penguins had juice last night and took a tray of ice cubes from the freezer. They then left it in the kitchen overnight, and the ice has melted. I hate to waste anything, and as the trays are fancy shapes (stars and hearts from Ikea) the cubes were more valuable than your regular ones. Can I put them back into the freezer, or should I chuck them?
What would you do

I've been worried about this too. Hopefully someone will let us know. I would hate to give someone food poisoning for the sake of not wanting to waste a little water.May all your dots fall silently to the ground.0

I'd refreeze them. I'm no expert but how on earth can refrozen water give you food poisoning ?
I refreeze lots of things (not raw or cooked meat) but stock gets defrosted and made into soup then i freeze the leftover soup. I freeze my loaves of bread then refreeze the crusts for croutons and crumbs. No one's ever come to any harm.0 -
