Dear staff member,
The board of directors of our company has taken the decision to impose the following changes in our internal administration and management policies, effective from the 1st of April, 2008.

1. Sundays from hereon will be considered as normal working days.
2. All additional benefits committed to the staff by the Company, inclusive of, but not limited to
--- staff medical allowance
--- staff dearness allowance
--- monthly house rent
will be considered withdrawn with immediate effect (we reserve the right to include other promised benefits within this jurisdiction).
3. The benefits of P.F. are from now on withdrawn, although the requisite deductions from your salary will continue to be made.
4. Since we have always been sensitive to the needs and comforts of our staff, we have decided not to altogether withdraw the "Paid Leave" benefit, and keep it limited to 2 days annually.
If you have any query/ queries regarding this official documentation, please contact the Human Resource Department for clarification.
