  • the foam flowers do look lovely in the pic, but does anyone have any real knowledge of what they look like in real life? i know silk can be lovely and, correct me if im wrong, they are usually the next alternative to real fresh flowers. by the way, is it ok to mix, i.e. I (bride) real fresh flowers and my bridesmaids and flowersgrils artificial of some sort?? xmyx

This is what I plan to do, have already made 2 bridesmaid bouquets, yet to order mine but might order some fresh for the MOH if my sister is still planning to be a bridesmaid too...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

I do :j They are great, i am really pleased with my bouquet and ohter wedding party flowers, and prefer them to the silk ones. They look so real, it's only when you are so close then touch them you realise!

The foam roses look fab, imo I think they look more real than silk ones, I was really pleased with my bouquet.

I'm thinking of doing my own wedding flowers as I get a thrill out of craft and making my own designs. Has anyone used www.flowers4florists.com to order their flowers from? Any advice would be welcome. :o

i can cant advise you on this company but the company i used were so great i would recomened them to anyone who need fab cheap wedding flowers. they do hand crafted foam or silk flowers and im telling you you can tell the difference between them and real flowers. http://www.sarahsflowers.co.uk/

    hey girls,

I'm using www.diy-flowers.co.uk Their packages look great. I've just contacted them and they say the roses are wide head between 8-10cm so the quality seems pretty good.
  • Not long now! I'm quite excited and nervous too. Does anyone have any sites or blogs they can recommend for tips?
