What should I do help please !!!!!

Just had two quotes and not sure which to take !!! I posted this question within another post but feel it may get lost with my other question, so sorry for the duplication.

FD offering 5.29% 5yr fixed +£299 +£299 + Valuation + tranfer of equity is required £200ish Total upfront payment approx £1000

Principality 5.59% 5yr fixed No other costs apart from transfer of equity £185 Total upfront payment £185

My calculations show their is not much in it, Principality need a reply within 7 Days as this offer is now not avilable and the rate is now 5.79% and FD will contact me within 14 days to discuss !! I am also due to see a financial advisor on Wednesday to see what they can offer.

Thanks in advance

By my calculations FD offer is a total of 6.39% over 5 years if you take into account 1k fees as a percentage of the loan and add them together.

So looks to me as if Principality is the cheapest deal over 5 years.

Come on you mortgage brokers, what do you think?
