End of fixed rate - arrears

Can anyone help with my query?
My fixed rate ends this month and i've just found out that due to arrears, the mortgag company will not renew the fixed rate. But the variable rate takes the onthly payments up by £150 and that's without paying towards the arrears.
Does anyone have any advice?

How many payments did you miss, and when will the arrears be paid off? Do you have any other debts? What's the LTV on your home? If you answer those people might have a better idea of how to proceed.0
