I can only recommend a service that is over the 'phone not in person?
I have recently used Charcol and can honestly say they have been brilliant. Very helpful and quick to respond to my questions and from initial mortgage application to mortgage offer in 2 weeks. I only had to sign a few forms and get some documents and send it back in the pre-paid envelope.
Fingers cross the vendors get their finger out now as I am all ready to go :rotfl:0
