Well rung after getting my invalid notice and having no questionnire to fill in, the man i spoke to said he would send another form out and go from there, we had quite a long chat and he then said would i prefer to write my invalid letter instead?? i said i had no idea and they were supposed to tell me what to do!
I have stuck with the questionnaire coming out and will send it back, he kept saying it was prob declined due to the 6 month period but i said it wasn't and it should have surely said on letter if so.
have i done the right thing? should i send a letter too? i told him exact same properties up the rd were cheaper and i wasn' happy..he said it will be looked into but can take 2 months, therfore over our 6 months..i explained we had had months of a fake band as it'a new build and it shouldn't count..he didnt sound very hopeful then..ahh am i banging my head against a hard wall!

Fill in the questionaire and include any further evidence you feel you have, unfortunately the wheels of government turn slowly and usually very inefficiently.0
